We treat personal data confidentially and take all security, technical and organisational measures that guarantee the security of personal data. 2. Applicable legislation
We undertake to process personal data on our website in accordance with the legal provisions in force at any given time, and in particular those listed below:
- Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (27 April 2016) on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Regulation 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), also known as GDPR: General Data Protection Regulation;

4. Data processed on the website
The public content of our website can be viewed by anyone – without providing personal data – and it is not tied to registration or login.
During your visit to and use of the website, we process the data listed below for the purpose and period set out in this notice, and we ensure the enforcement of your rights related to data processing as follows:
- Handling of cookies
A cookie is a text file placed on the device used by you for this purpose, for accessing the internet (computer, smartphone) when you open and use our website, which typically contains information relating to the connection between the web server and your device or to the operation of the website (for example, a so-called session ID, which is a unique string of letters, numbers and other characters; the time at which you opened or visited the website, etc.), and whose content is read back from there by the web server from time to time – while you browse our website or when you visit it again later. With the help of the cookie's content, the website (server) is able to improve the user experience and to provide the services offered
on the website.
More detailed information on cookie management related to the operation of the website, the types of cookies and how they are handled can be found on the Cookie Policy page.
Purpose of data processing
Identification of users visiting the website, distinguishing them from one another, identification of users' current session, storage of the data provided during it, and prevention of data loss.
Scope of data processed
The cookies used on our website are so-called functional cookies that support the operation of the website, and contain the time of the visit to the website, the session ID and other information relating to the session that can be interpreted by the website's program code (strings of numbers and characters).
We do not transfer the information stored in functional cookies to third parties.
Who can access the data?
Only our staff responsible for operating the website are entitled to access the data stored on the server.
Duration of data processing
The functional cookie used on our website (session cookie) expires when you close the page in your internet browser.
What does this mean?
The validity of cookies used on websites can vary. Some cookies expire when you close the page in your internet browser, and some expire at a specific later time automatically generated by the website (e.g. after a few minutes, hours, days or possibly an even longer period). However, the website can only access the content of cookies valid for a longer period if you visit the website again from the same device and have not deleted these cookies from it in the meantime.
Enforcement of rights
Most internet browsers automatically allow the use of cookies. However, you can change this setting at any time, and you can also block and delete cookies. You can access the content of the cookies stored on your device at any time, and learn about and view it.
Known internet browsers usually allow you to manage cookies, block their use or delete them among their settings, typically in a submenu called security, privacy or privacy settings, under the name cookies.
Further information on managing cookies can be found in the help section of the given program.
Google Analytics service
We use the Google Analytics service to analyse and measure the traffic, traffic data and performance of our website. The information collected from the website is automatically transmitted to Google, but it does not (and cannot!) contain personal data. The information collected and transmitted is not suitable for identifying visitors to the website; it is merely statistical data suitable for distinguishing sessions from one another. You can read more about Google Analytics data processing by clicking here.
Purpose of data processing
Distinguishing visitors to the website and their sessions from one another in order to measure the performance of the website and to compile statistics on its use.
Scope of data processed
The Google Analytics service uses cookies to measure the performance of the website and to compile statistics on its use, which contain information that can be interpreted by the service (unique strings of letters, numbers and other characters).
Who can access the data?
Only our staff specifically authorised for this purpose are entitled to access the data processed by the Google Analytics service.
Duration of data processing
The validity of cookies used by the Google Analytics service can vary. Some cookies expire when you close the page in your internet browser, and some have an even shorter validity (1 minute) or possibly a considerably longer one (e.g. 24 hours or, for example, 2 years). However, our website – and through it the Google Analytics service – can only access the content of cookies valid for a longer period if you visit our website again from the same device and have not deleted these cookies from it in the meantime.
Enforcement of rights
If you do not want the Google Analytics service to collect data about your visit to the website, you can prevent this by installing and using a program that can be used for this purpose. You can read more about the browser extension that blocks Google Analytics data collection by clicking here, and you can download and install it from here.
You can also block the use of cookies used by Google Analytics – together with all other cookies. You can access the content of the cookies stored on your device at any time, and learn about, view and delete it.
Known internet browsers usually allow you to manage cookies, block their use or delete them among their settings, typically in a submenu called security, privacy or privacy settings, under the name cookies.
Further information on managing cookies can be found in the help section of the browser you use.
